Meet Hariom – The Heart Behind Pets Mom
Pets Mom was born from the passion and dedication of our founder, who has been working with pets since 2004. A professional dog trainer and a proud pet parent to six Shih Tzus, his life has always revolved around caring for animals with love and patience.
His journey began with a simple thought: “Pets deserve the same care, comfort, and quality food as we do.” Being an animal lover, he often felt dissatisfied with the limited and low-quality options available—especially when it came to pet food. Juggling time to prepare nutritious meals for his six furry companions was a daily challenge, and this gave birth to the idea of a Pet Tiffin Service. Today, pet parents can subscribe to fresh, wholesome, and tasty meals delivered right to their doorstep—making nutrition both simple and reliable.
About Our Founder – Chaitaliben Patel
Our founder, Chaitaliben Patel, is not only a dedicated entrepreneur but also a proud mother of one wonderful boy and two adorable pet dogs. Her journey as both a parent and a pet mom inspired her to create a service that supports families like hers – where pets are truly treated as family members.
With her own experiences of juggling work, motherhood, and pet care, Chaitaliben understood how challenging it can be for busy pet parents to manage grooming, healthy meals, and special treats.
